    Clean as new rooms and friendly staff.

    Workers started early in the morning and continued late into the afternoon which disrupted my stay. No prior notice about the noise was given.

    Exceptional and luxurious accommodation with unbeatable setting near the center of hustle, local bazar and all the iconic sightseeing spots like the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Basilica Cistern. A wide range of food available in the restaurant. The sea view and beautifully maintained and well air-conditioned room😀

    Ideal hotel, all of the staff were amicable and efficient, amazing location near all the landmarks in the old city. I liked the room with a balcony, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The ambience felt really family and the service was excellent! Lucky me, got butler service free of charge too.

    Absolutely underwhelmed by my stay. Suite 340 was a glorified closet more than a family suite, with ridiculous paper-thin walls! Asked for extra pillows as I honestly thought I'd be spoiled, but clearly, my luxurious expectations woudl ve been too much. Just couldn't give a good review considering the lack of basic comfort here.

    wonderful stay but some minor issues

    The staff were courteous and professional. The hotel's cleanliness was excellent, with my room maintained to a high standard throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the fine city view from my room. It added a good touch to my mornings.

    Some noise from the street was noticeable at times, which could be distracting.

    Home away from home

    The staff was super friendly and really wanted us to have a great stay. Our room had a fine view of the Bosphorus, made every morning special. Breakfast options were great too! Just a heads up, there was this occasional street noise that could be a bit much at times.
